Shenley E-ACT Academy

A new full size 3G pitch is now in play at Shenley Academy, delivered under the Football Foundation Framework.

Built and installed by our partner S&C Slatter, this one was a new build from the ground up: a 97m x 61m community use pitch with a dedicated spectator area and an on site storage container.

• FieldTurf XM7 40-14 turf
• Trocellen C5010 pre-formed shockpad
• 4.5m high sports fencing
• New LED floodlights

The shockpad is pre-formed and laid before the turf, which gives a consistent base across the full playing area. The new floodlights extend the usable hours well beyond the school day.
