Gymnase de Val-de-Vesle

Completed in 2025 for the town of Val-de-Vesle, near Reims, this new gymnasium designed by Haïku Architecture is the first sports facility in France to be certified passive. The timber-frame building operates without a conventional heating system.

Its multi-sport hall is fitted with 1,000 m² of Omnisports Multi-Use, installed with GreenLay™, Tarkett Sports’ exclusive installation method. Adhesive is applied to less than 2% of the surface, in line with the project’s environmental approach, and the floor is easier to remove and recycle at end of life. The surface delivers shock absorption and consistent ball response for everyday multi-sport use.
