Our team helped transform an empty property into a $14 million multi-sport complex through an integrated effort across our Design, Construction, FieldTurf, and Beynon Sports teams.
The project reflects a complete design-build delivery with no existing plans or specifications. Our team translated the client’s vision and wish list into detailed drawings, budgets, and a fully executable roadmap.
The finished complex includes a football stadium, baseball and softball fields, a running track, entry gates, flatwork, restrooms, concessions, a kids play area, and a full parking lot, delivering a comprehensive athletic destination for the community
